Chase Brexton Health Care will be here on April 25 providing free dental screenings for students with completed permission forms. The permission forms MUST BE RETURNED TO THE HEALTH ROOM NO LATER THAN APRIL 18. The screening involves an oral examination, application of fluoride varnish, and application of sealants, if warranted. If the dental professional identifies more urgent problems you will be notified and asked to follow up with either your family dentist or the Chase Brexton Clinic.
