Flu Clinic
We are pleased to again join with the Maryland Partnership for Prevention (MPP) to offer flu vaccinations at our school. Students at HCMS are able to receive free flu shots at school this year on Monday, October 1. Permission forms and online consent information came home with your student. If you would like your child to be vaccinated against the flu, please either register online at www.vaccineconsent.com or return the signed consent form by Friday, September 21.

Dental Clinic
A free dental clinic will be held at HCMS in January. The consent forms for the clinic came home with students this week. Please complete and return the form if you would like your child to receive free dental care.
