Mrs. Turner and Mrs. King will be holding a monthly young women’s group in hopes to inspire and empower 8th grade girls as they prepare for their futures. A group of approximately 10 girls will meet during lunch twice a month. The first lunch meeting will serve as a time to gain information on a specific profession. During the second meeting, the girls will have the opportunity to meet with a professional from that particular career field. Each month will feature a different speaker and a new set of 8th grade girls. Our goal is to inspire and motivate all of our 8th grade young women, so that they continue to think seriously about their future.
