Following a custodial inspection at HCMS, the Office of the Environment identified mold growth (approximately three square feet) while investigating an odor on November 18, 2019. The mold growth is located in a Science classroom and is confined to the interior of two cabinets. The mold growth occurred due to a plumbing leak. The cabinets will be removed and discarded, and the plumbing will be capped to avoid any future leaks.
