Dear Parents/Guardians,
On October 26 your student brought home a Federal Impact Aid Survey. This survey determines the amount of financial assistance our school system will receive from the federal government based on "the number of students whose parents/guardians work on federally owned property" and "students whose parents are serving as active military anywhere in the world."

All eligible families should complete this survey and return it by Wednesday, November 8. When completing the form, please only use a No. 2 pencil and completely bubble in the appropriate circles. Be sure to sign the form before returning it with your student.
