Below is the schedule for the PARCC assessment in English Language Arts. This assessment has them reading a passage, then answering multiple choice questions and writing a constructed response (essay). Please make sure that your child gets a good night's sleep in preparation for the test. Students will be provided breakfast at school. The schedule for the test is as follows:

April 23: 6th grade (Periods 1-3) and 8th grade (Periods 5-7)
April 24: 8th grade (Periods 1-3) and 6th grade (Periods 5-7)
April 25: 8th grade (Periods 3-5)
April 26: 6th grade (Periods 1-3)
April 30: 7th grade (Periods 5-7)
May 1:    7th grade (Periods 1-3)
May 2:    7th grade (Periods 1-3)
