The Howard County Health Department will be here on May 18 to administer 2 vaccines (MCV4 and Tdap) to students. Current 6th graders must have them before the first day of 7th grade.  Permission forms will come home with students after Spring Break. If your child has already had these vaccines, please send documentation from your health care provider to the Health Room. The fax number for the Health Room is 410-730-5248.
