Health Services at Central Office and Maryland Partnership for Prevention (MPP) decided to postpone our clinic at HCMS in order to give families more time to complete and return consents. Our flu clinic has been rescheduled for FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27. If you haven't yet filled out a consent form and would like your child to be vaccinated against the flu, please fill out EITHER the paper consent that came home with your student OR the online consent at www.vaccineconsent.com.
