Tiffanie Nunley

I am honored to serve as the Acting Principal of Harper’s Choice Middle School, effective August 7. With over 25 years in education, my journey has taken me from the classroom to leadership roles in both Baltimore City and Howard County. For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Assistant Principal here at Harper’s Choice, and I’m thrilled to continue working alongside our incredible staff, students, and families. I hold a Master's in Special Education and Bachelor's degree in History and Secondary Education with over 15 years of leadership experience at both the middle and high school levels.

I believe in fostering a culture of excellence where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. My leadership centers on strong relationships, rigorous instruction, and a commitment to educating the whole child. I’m passionate about building a connected school community where students grow not only academically, but also socially, emotionally, and creatively.

When I am not at Harper’s, you can usually find me cheering on my high school children who are very active in sports, listening to a good podcast, or spending time with family and friends.
